Marine Snow では、レーベルとしての事業体制を本格的に整備し始めた2025年初頭より、過去に公開されたコンテンツ全体を対象とした権利状況の確認と整理を継続的に進めてまいりました。特に、画像・音声・映像素材の使用、二次創作の扱い、クレジット表記、許諾取得など、著作権および著作者人格権に関わる包括的な観点から点検を進めております。

その過程で、一部のコンテンツにおいて、原著作者様からの明確な許諾確認が十分に行われていなかった可能性や、適切なクレジット表記がなされていなかった可能性など、複数の事案が確認されました。本件は、2025年10月17日に公開した「Marine Snow 公式声明（2025年10月改訂版）」以降に突発的に判明したものではなく、以前より進行していた確認・整理の過程の中で、所属アーティスト 灰澈（huiche / ハイチ）本人の新たな自覚や申告を通じて順次明らかになってきたものです。

huiche は音楽制作の分野において著作権意識を深めつつある一方で、それ以外の領域における理解と認識が不十分であり、その点について代表である私自身も徹底を図りきれていなかったことを痛感しております。認識の歪みが一つずつ解消される過程の中で、「これも許諾が必要ではないか」「この使用方法も確認が必要ではないか」といった新たな論点が次々と浮かび上がっており、全体像の把握にはなお時間を要しております。

Marine Snow は、すべての既存作品について包括的な再点検を行い、問題が確認されたコンテンツについては速やかに差し替え・修正対応を実施し、すべての作品を適切な状態へと改めてまいります。また、この経験を契機として、著作権および関連権利の確認・管理体制全般に関する社内ルールとプロセスを再構築し、素材使用・改変・クレジット・許諾・二次創作対応などあらゆる工程における事前確認の徹底を進めてまいります。

この度の件により、皆様にご心配やご不快な思いをおかけしましたことを、心より深くお詫び申し上げます。
また、これまで作品を愛し、支えてくださったファンの皆様に対して、コンテンツの削除や差し替えなどによりご不便やご不安をおかけすることとなる点についても、重ねてお詫び申し上げます。

自2025年初开始着手建设厂牌的正式运营体系以来，Marine Snow 一直在持续对过去公开的全部作品进行系统性的权利状态核查与整理。我们重点针对图片、音频、视频素材的使用，二次创作的处理，署名标注，使用许可的获取等与著作权及著作者人格权相关的各个环节展开了全面检查。

在这一过程中，我们发现部分作品存在未能充分确认原作者授权、署名标注不够规范等情况。这些问题并非在2025年10月17日发布《Marine Snow 官方声明（2025年10月修订版）》之后才突然出现，而是在此前持续推进的核查和整理过程中，随着所属作曲家 灰澈 对相关问题的逐步觉醒与主动申报而逐一浮现出来的。

huiche 在音乐制作领域逐步提高了版权意识，但在其他领域的理解和认知仍显不足。作为代表的我自身也未能彻底贯彻相关要求。在认知偏差不断被纠正的过程中，“这一部分是否也需要授权”“这种使用方式是否也应当确认”之类的新问题接连出现，因此要全面掌握所有情况仍需一定时间。

Marine Snow 正在对所有既有作品进行全面复查，并对存在问题的内容及时进行替换和修正，力求尽快将所有作品调整为合法、适当的状态。同时，我们将以此次事件为契机，重建与著作权及相关权利确认和管理有关的内部规则与流程，在素材使用、改编、署名、许可、二次创作等各个环节强化事前确认机制，防止类似问题的再次发生。

对于此次事件给各位造成的担忧和不快，我们深表歉意。

Since the beginning of 2025, when Marine Snow began building its formal label operations, we have been conducting a comprehensive review and verification of the rights status of all previously released works. This review covers a wide range of aspects related to copyright and moral rights, including the use of visual, audio, and video materials, the handling of derivative works, credit attribution, and the acquisition of necessary permissions.

Through this ongoing process, we have identified instances where original authors’ permissions may not have been properly confirmed or where credit attribution may not have been appropriately displayed. These issues did not suddenly come to light after the publication of the Marine Snow Official Statement (Revised October 2025) on October 17, 2025. Rather, they have been gradually uncovered during our continuing review and verification process, as our affiliated composer huiche developed deeper awareness of these matters and proactively reported them.

While huiche has improved his understanding of copyright in the field of music production, his awareness remains insufficient in other areas. As the representative, I also recognize that I did not enforce these standards thoroughly enough. As this awareness gap narrows, new questions have emerged — such as whether certain uses also require authorization or whether certain practices need further confirmation — and it will take additional time to fully identify and address all relevant issues.

Marine Snow is conducting a comprehensive re-inspection of all existing works and will promptly replace or revise any content found to be problematic, ensuring that every work is brought into proper compliance. Furthermore, we are using this experience as an opportunity to restructure our internal policies and workflows related to the verification and management of copyright and associated rights, strengthening pre-release checks across all stages — including material usage, adaptation, crediting, licensing, and derivative works.

We sincerely apologize for the concern and discomfort this situation may have caused.
We also offer our heartfelt apologies to the fans who have supported our works over the years. We regret any inconvenience or confusion that may result from the removal or replacement of certain content.
