2017年に公開された灰澈（huiche / ハイチ）の音楽作品「木鲸」において、韓国の音楽家 Noh Young Woo 氏による作品「You」の旋律モチーフが一部使用されていたことが確認されました。
本件は著作権法上の問題を含む可能性があり、当レーベルとしても重大な事案と認識しております。

当該作品の原著作者である Noh Young Woo 氏に対して、Marine Snow 名義で正式な連絡と謝罪の意をお伝えしております。
当レーベルとして、今後も誠実な対話を継続する姿勢を維持してまいります。

本件を通じ、灰澈本人も著作権と創作倫理について改めて深く学び、創作者としての責任を自覚する重要な機会となりました。

Regarding the music work “木鲸” released in 2017 by huiche, it has been confirmed that part of the melodic motif was derived from the work “You” by Korean composer Noh Young Woo.
